Join our team at Color Me Mine! We’re looking for a creative, organized, and people-focused Studio Team Leader to lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Team Lead Position Details:
- Full-time (35-40 hours/week)
- Must be available to work weekends & evenings
- $20-$25/hr

What we’re looking for:
- Ceramic studio /pottery experience require
- 2–3 years of managerial or team lead experience required
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Open-minded, eager to learn, and ready to take on responsibility
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, creative environment
- Glazing and electric kiln experience required
