STUDIO TEAM LEAD – COLOR ME MINE NORTH CENTER

Join our team at Color Me Mine! We’re looking for a creative, organized, reliable, and people-focused Studio Team Lead to help lead daily operations, support our team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

TEAM LEAD POSITION DETAILS

• Full-Time: 40 hours/week
• Schedule: Must be available to work weekends & evenings
• Pay: $22–$25/hour
• Paid Time Off

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Ceramic studio/pottery experience a plus
• 2–3 years of managerial or team lead experience required
• Glazing and electric kiln experience a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and highly reliable
• A quick learner and problem solver who takes initiative
• Open-minded, eager to learn, and ready to take on responsibility
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, hands-on, creative environment
• Comfortable with social media and basic marketing
• A positive, energetic go-getter who enjoys working with people
• Must be willing to undergo a background check

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Studio Team Lead, you’ll help oversee the day-to-day operation of the studio, lead and support our team, assist guests with their pottery projects, hire & train new team members maintain studio standards, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll be hands-on and play an important role in creating a fun, welcoming experience for every guest.
