Self-Defense is Self-Care! We are hosting our Situational Awareness/Self-Defense Workshop, learning skills and exploring best practices that can help you from being a targeted victim of crime. This event is open to everyone, no martial arts experience is necessary! We ask that participants dress in comfortable clothing (no jeans or shorts) and get ready to move your body and have some fun!
