Being a mom is beyond hard and is a whole lot of mess! And that’s perfect. Join us for a therapeutic art group to provide space for moms to express, explore, and accept messy parenting in a creative, supportive, and non-judgmental space.
Over five weeks in January and February, we'll blend art making and discussion, touching on relevant topics tailored to the needs of the group and central to being a mom. You'll gain insight into and further connect with who you are as a person in relation to your mom identity.
No art experience needed.
