Map the Nervous System: A Polyvagal Exploration

Ever wonder about the role your nervous system plays in self-regulation? In this workshop, a brief overview of the Polyvagal Theory in Therapy will be presented. Once a basic foundation is set, participants will be guided through an embodied mapping process of their own nervous systems. Clinical and creative interventions will be explored as ways to bring material to clients.
