Cocktail Class at Freyja Salon

Join us on Saturday, August 10th as Gabi Medina of Chuchaqui Cocktails leads a "Rum Two Ways" cocktail class!

What To Expect:

Students will be greeted with a Daiquiri to showcase light rum in a simple recipe. We'll briefly review a history of rum and how to look for something better than most of us drank in college. 

Then we will build and make a Mai Tai cocktail as an entry into Tiki recipes. We'll talk through a brief history of Tiki and how to make it more accessible.

Bonus: we'll touch on the world of garnishes! The Mai Tai usually comes with an elaborate bouquet on the side while a Daiquiri can come without a garnish at all.
