This 60-minute experiential workshop incorporates movement, guided meditation, and breathing practices to help us feel the feelings and self-soothe.
Kate Rice is a trauma-informed yoga instructor and LMT trained in shiatsu bodywork.The workshop is a mix of practice and talk - Kate will guide you through movement, meditation and breathing practices and share insight in everyday language on how they may be useful: read more here. You are welcome to sit and listen for the entire hour, or participate in some or all of the practices on offer. Chairs are provided; some of the movements can be done standing, but no yoga mats or yoga attire required.
