Bender Martial Arts and Fitness Grand Re-opening

In 4 short years, Bender Martial Arts and Fitness proved itself to be Northside Chicago's Premier Source for Fitness and Martial Arts, so we have expanded into a much larger facility within the same building. We have added more than double the mat space, a boxing ring, more heavy bags and more fitness equipment, full service bathrooms, changing rooms and a shower! We are the only Academy on the Northside of Chicago with international certified coaches in all disciplines: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai kickboxing, Wrestling, Judo and Fitness. Please join us for our Grand Re-opening Oct 12th at 9am for a free kids Fitness and Martial Arts class. From 10am-3pm adults can come in and talk to members and learn a self-defense technique if they so choose. We have raffle prizes from surrounding businesses, Rigo's Taco Truck outside selling tacos at a special BMAF rate, and enjoy homemade ice cream for dessert!
