
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in adults. This workshop is geared towards college age/young adults and their parents.
This blended training is 2 hours of self-led online content, followed by a 5.5 hour in-person session.
The training will cover:
- common signs & symptoms of mental health challenges
- how to interact with a person in crisis
- how to connect a person with help expanded content on trauma, substance use and self-care
