Lena Rose Beauty is Chicago's first non-toxic, holistic beauty spa and shop. Our Spa Nail Technicians focus on nail health, offering Classic, Chakra and GelX services, nail art and builder gel manicures with products we've vetted ingredient by ingredient.
Schedule: Part-time, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Pay: $20–$27/hour plus 2–10% commission through our Rose Rate. Every Rose is a W-2 employee with steady pay that doesn't rely on tips.
Benefits: Paid leave and paid sick leave from your first day, 40% off retail and services, four paid professional development days a year, and 100% reimbursement of Illinois CE hours. Full-time Roses (40+ hours) can get medical, dental and vision after 90 days, and Lena Rose pays 70% of the premium.
Requirements: A current Illinois Nail Technician license.
