Job Overview: This role serves as a key operational partner to ownership, through supporting systems development, workflow efficiencies, and strategic initiatives, and improving the client and employee experience across our practice. Rooted Connections is a group psychology practice that has been serving children and families in Chicago for almost 20 years. We provide therapy and psychological services to children of all ages, and to clients across the lifespan. We specialize in treating child trauma, but treat many behavioral and emotional presenting issues. RCC is deeply committed to our community partnerships, which allow us to serve clients with a variety of financial needs.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Operational Systems Development and Management
- Evaluate and improve practice workflows and operational processes
- Develop and document policies and procedures
- Optimize EHR systems and operational tools
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
- Collaborate closely with ownership to implement strategic initiatives
- Support operational decision-making and long-term stability
- Maintain organized operational documentation
- Communicate with clients when needed
- Maintain organized clinical documentation
- Strengthen systems that enhance client experience and care delivery
- Support clients and clinicians in every day operations
- Oversee website updates and digital content coordination
- Manage social media presence and engagement
- Manage processes for communication with referral sources
- W2 position, paid hourly
- Salary range: $20-25 per hour, with potential for growth
- Opportunity to qualify for healthcare coverage
- Anticipated to require 20-30 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours depending on applicants’ ability to perform additional duties
- Position can be done remotely, but preference will be given to applicants who live in Chicago, as one day in the office is required
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field
- Demonstrated experience improving systems and workflow
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating directly with leadership
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Detail oriented
- The ability to problem solve think ahead for a complex system with many moving parts
- Someone who is interested in being a part of a team for the long term! We are seeking someone who can make at least a two year commitment to our group
