Vendor Application: No Tricks, All Treats Halloween Pop-Up - Greater Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce

GRCC is bringing the No Tricks, All Treats Halloween Pop-Up to the Ainslie Arts Plaza! Sign up to join us on Saturday, October 29th from 11am to 4pm. We're looking for retail vendors and hosts for hands-on activities.

Spaces are available to businesses, artists, and makers. We’re especially interested in folks offering Halloween/Fall goods and activities. Food vendors interested in participating should contact amy@ravenswoodchicago.org.

IMPORTANT: Tents, weights, tables, chairs, and/or any other necessary equipment are the responsibility of each vendor. GRCC does not provide tents, weights, or other equipment. Participants are required to bring their own 10x10 tent, which must be securely weighted.

Event Participation Options

10x10 spaces for retail vendors are $45, or only $25 for GRCC members. If you would like to host a craft or hands-on activity, 10x10 spaces are $45, or FREE for GRCC members.

Participation Guidelines & Agreement

Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance to the event. Your non-refundable registration fee and all supporting documentation must be submitted no later than Friday, October 14 at 5pm. Participants with outstanding debt to the Greater Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce (GRCC) will not be considered until those financial obligations are settled. Participants must supply their own tent, weights, tables, etc. GRCC will not provide or rent any equipment. GRCC, its staff, and participating sponsors shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to the participant, its employees or property at the event. The participant signing this contract expressly releases all of the aforementioned from any and all claims from such loss, damage or injury. This event may be photographed and videotaped for marketing purposes. By participating in this event you hereby consent to the use of your likeness or image in those photographs or video for future promotional consideration by GRCC. Mistreatment of market staff or volunteers will not be tolerated. GRCC reserves the right to remove any individual/company from the event.
