Supporting LGBTQIA+ Clients with Eating Disorders

This workshop will provide a basic overview of the particular concerns individuals with eating disorders who are also members of the LGBTQIA+ community face in the recovery process. We will highlight the risk factors for developing eating disorders and body image concerns for queer and gender diverse folx. Additionally, this workshop will offer insights around supportive care for queer folx seeking eating disorder treatment in an outpatient setting.
