This autumn micro retreat will explore different practices for honoring your dreams and intentions. The day will include: gentle yoga asana (movement), breath exploration, meditation, and journaling. Each guest will also get the opportunity to create their own personalized eye pillow or a mini travel pillow that can then be used during our cozy candlelit yoga Nidra practice ( guided deep relaxation). No prior yoga or crafting experience needed! A light snack, coffee, and tea will be provided outside of the practice space. All guests are required to wear a N95 mask during this event; free KN95 masks will be provided, if you need one!
