Word on the street is that BDC has Chicago's largest ballroom dance floor, and we want to put it to good use!
The night will begin with a 45 min ballroom class learning the dance styles of Foxtrot and Foxxy, followed by 2 hours of open dancing. While we will play music in the dance style of the offered class, we will also play ballroom music throughout the night to give enthusiasts a place to practice, and maybe even show off!

A note about the class: The first fifteen minutes of every session is dedicated to teaching basic, versatile dance steps that can be applied to a variety of music styles. So if you’re new to our Saturday Night Socials, this part is especially for you! Arrive on time and you’ll gain a solid foundation that will set you up to enjoy the rest of the night on the dance floor.
