As a heartfelt thank-you to therapists who give so much to others, we’re offering a morning of rest and reconnection offered with care by Bianka Hardin, PsyD, owner/founder of Centered Therapy Chicago, and Bridget Porterfield, RYT 500, instructor at Centered Studio for Yoga. Whether you’re feeling stretched thin or simply seeking a moment of peace, we hope you’ll join us for a morning of deep rest, gentle movement, and heartfelt appreciation. All levels welcome!
