Dandelion Therapeutic Art Center's Adult Making Matters group provides those 65 and older with a creative community to continue to explore who you are in this phase of your life. Through the artmaking process and guidance of a Dandelion art therapist, you will nurture a sense of community, belonging, and self by thoughtfully engaging in the creative process.
After five weeks, you will leave this group with a new way of experiencing yourself and a better understanding of how to use artmaking to navigate everyday life.
Art making is known to foster resilience, adaptability, focus, and joy.
