Gentle, flowing movements for balance, flexibility & stress relief. Perfect for beginners of all ages & fitness levels. Learn basic postures, breathing & mindful movement. No experience needed - wear comfortable clothes, non-street flat shoes (shoes you don't walk around the city in) or be comfortable barefoot. The class will be about 50 minutes long.
