Stretch, Strength, & Breathe
Hatha Yoga is slower paced, making it easy to follow along for any level yogi. Expect to hold postures longer (5-10 deep breaths).
here will be an emphasis on getting into deep stretches and building strength.
During class, we will work towards back-bending, deep hip opening, arm balances, and/or inversions.
At the end of class, expect to practice breathing techniques.
Bring a towel, water, and prepare to sweat.
Pistachio Yoga offers this class to all levels.
