About the Artist
"Rooted and raised in Chicago Chinatown, I was inspired by my grandparents who ran their own Chinese Gift Shop in the hub of 1970's Chinatown. The time my grandparents spent sharing Chinese culture with tourists of previous generations encourages me to consciously embrace my own Asian American experience and expression. Today I am so grateful for all opportunities I have to create, share, and culturally harmonize with new generations.
Good Luck Home is designed as a “thank you” to all AAPI’s that have worked towards building a confident and diverse creative community. I am so lucky to be able to intentionally embrace truth, strength, and unity in this space.
