Help add some color and creativity to Ravenswood for a good cause!
Join Chicago artist George Booker for a kid-friendly day of chalk art at KOVAL Distillery. Enjoy refreshing cocktails, light bites and artwork as you learn about and create your own chalk designs on KOVAL's enclosed Tasting Room patio and parking lot. Recommended for all ages and skill levels. Refreshing summer cocktails will be available for purchase from the Tasting Room.
This event is free to attend with a suggested donation of $10 at the door. Proceeds from the event will benefit the organization After School Matters.
About the artist:
George Booker (he/him/his) is a Chicago based freelance artist. He works as an instructor for After School Matters and F.O.R.G.E in Albany Park to provide extra before and after school art education programs to Chicago area teens. George also creates chalk art for The Music Box theatre for various festivals and events.
