KOVAL Distillery is not only one of Chicago's finest, but the first legal distillery to produce spirits in Chicago for over one hundred years. You can find out why as KOVAL hosts an exclusive book launch event with author David Witter to celebrate the release of his new book, Distilled in Chicago!
Witter's book details how alcohol has influenced nearly 200 years of Chicago's existence, including the role that KOVAL has played in bringing an entire new industry to the city. The event will include a short photo presentation from the book and samples of KOVAL limited release whiskeys.
Each ticket includes a copy of Distilled in Chicago, signed by the author.
