About Us
Mind Body Connections Chicago provides client-centered mental health care that fosters creativity, develops resources, and improves personal expression to facilitate growth, healing, and change. MBC counselors utilize dance/movement therapy, traditional talk therapy, and a variety of unique training and theoretical backgrounds to develop individualized treatment plans that focus on your unique concerns, symptoms, and goals. We value that you are a part of a larger familial and cultural system and factor these into your treatment in order to best address your health and wellbeing.
