About Us

I'm Megan Sullivan, a Chicago real estate broker and REALTOR® with Compass, and I've lived on the North Side for more than 25 years. I help buyers and sellers in Roscoe Village, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, North Center, Lincoln Square and Ravenswood, from first-time purchases to move-up sales and downsizing. I research the property and the comparable sales before we talk price, and I enjoy negotiating on my clients' behalf.

I'm also a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE®) and the founder of The Divorce Collab. I help divorcing homeowners understand their options for the marital home, with clear property information, balanced communication and coordination with their professional team. Attorneys, lenders and financial professionals address the legal, borrowing and tax questions that accompany those decisions.

With a finance degree, the ABR®, RENE and HFR credentials, and personal experience of divorce, I bring practical guidance that respects both the numbers and the life behind a move.
