About Us

I’m Megan Sullivan, a Chicago real estate agent with Compass and the founder of The Divorce Collab, a resource built to answer one of the hardest questions people face during divorce: what to do with the house. After navigating my own divorce, I realized how overwhelming these decisions can be, especially when emotions are high and the stakes are financial, legal, and deeply personal.

Blending years of real estate experience with specialized divorce training, including the RCS-D and CDS designations, I help clients avoid costly mistakes by guiding them through valuations, mortgage realities, timelines, and settlement considerations. My role goes far beyond listing a home. I serve as a neutral, informed navigator who protects both parties and keeps the process grounded in facts, not fear.

Through The Divorce Collab, I connect clients with trusted divorce attorneys, CDFAs, CDLPs, therapists, and coaches so they have a full team supporting them. No one should have to figure this out alone. Whether you’re gathering information, preparing for mediation, or ready to make a decision about your home, I’ll help you move forward with clarity and confidence, one steady step at a time.
