I’m Megan Sullivan, a Chicago-based real estate agent specializing in divorce-related real estate. I work as a neutral third-party, representing the home—not either spouse—so divorcing couples can make smart, fact-based decisions during a highly emotional time.

I’ve seen how much money, time, and energy get wasted when real estate decisions are driven by emotion. My role is to bring clarity, structure, and market expertise to the process, helping both parties feel confident that the home decision is fair and grounded in facts.

I’m the founder of The Divorce Collab, where I collaborate closely with divorce attorneys, Certified Divorce Financial Analysts (CDFAs), Certified Divorce Lending Professionals (CDLPs), Certified Divorce Financial Planners (CDFPs), mediators, and divorce coaches.
