Hi, my name is Evin!
I have been a runner since I was 12 years old and have always had a passion for fitness. That passion became a career when I became a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with The National Academy of Sports Medicine. My mission is to create positive environments for all people in order to achieve their fitness goals and assist in making sustainable changes that will lead to a healthier and happier life.
Training can often times be intimidating, but I make sure to make it as fun, accessible, and inclusive as possible. My approach to training is threefold: Safety, Motivation, and Education. Safety: I will walk through step by step each exercise, why we are doing it, and progress accordingly to your fitness level to make sure you are safe and injury free. Motivation: I am your cheerleader, your coach, your personal trainer to keep you motivated and on track with your workouts and goals. Education: I want to make sure that everything you learn in your sessions you can apply to the workouts I provide you to make you a smarter and empowered person.
What does training look like? Most of my clients I work with I meet with them on a weekly basis to build new skills and make sure to progress safely though different movements and exercises. When not working with me, I provide all my clients with workouts to do on their own (no equipment required) so there is no guess work in what you need to do to succeed. When you are training with Buff Birds, you have all the tools you need for success to reach your goals!
- Personal Training- Train with me solo or with a partner to attain your health and fitness goals.
- Group Fitness- Come on out every Saturday at 10am and workout with the Buff Birds Community.
- Nutrition Coaching- Learn and be guided on the most effective strategies to meet you nutrition and weight goals.
