Amy's Candy Bar is seeking a Candy and Chocolate Professional to join our team that will be responsible for making the core of our hand-crafted confections including caramels, turtles, marshmallows, nougat and layered candy bars as well as seasonal chocolates and truffles and basic pastries such as brownies and cookies.
This position is for someone who embraces the exactness and precision of candy and chocolate. The ideal candidate will work hard to produce the current line of confections in addition to brainstorming and testing new recipes.
