McAlpine Consulting for Growth is Hiring a Project Associate

We are excited to offer another opportunity for a new staff person to join the McAlpine Consulting for Growth, LLC (MCFG) team! We're hiring a full-time Project Associate to support our client work beginning in 2022.

We are in need of a new super hero for our team! Requested super powers include:

  • X-cellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • X-cellent follow through on super assignments
  • X-ray vision: specifically, the ability to see an issue and initiate a response
  • Comfortable leaping buildings in a single bound...or taking direction and seeking help when needed
  • Super strength: problem-solving skills, and able to prioritize and see the “big picture"
  • Ability to commune with animals...or at least hang out a small, non-traditional, pet-friendly office environment

Why do we need these great powers? Because this position comes with great responsibilities, including:

  • Coordinating and preparing for client meetings, including scheduling, materials development and printing, preparing supplies, setting up virtual platforms, attendee management, arranging physical space, and other meeting implementation support
  • Developing and implementing communications, outreach and promotions strategies
  • Attending client meetings to provide note-taking assistance and/or typing up notes post-meeting
  • Assisting with content development for reports, presentations, and other publications as needed.
