DESCRIPTION:We are thrilled to announce our inaugural HIVE SUMMER SHOWCASE! This project has been a longtime goal for the HIVE Team - read on to learn more about this exciting performance opportunity! \n\nThe HIVE Summer Showcase is a perfect opportunity for you to put your dancing skills onstage in a fun\, low-stress environment. We will be spending Saturdays in June and July learning choreography from 8 different styles of dance\, culminating in a live performance at North Center Stage on Damen and Lincoln Ave. on JULY 26th! Below you will find information regarding the styles offered and rehearsal times.\n\nAll rehearsals will occur on Saturdays from 1:30pm - 3:30pm. \n \n\nIMPORTANT DATES - \n \n\nJUNE - Choreography Rehearsals\n\nJune 7\n\n\n	\n	Musical Theater w/Mary Rose\n	\n	\n	Ballet w/Callie \n	\n\n\nJune 14\n\n\n	\n	Jazz w/Jeff \n	\n	\n	Contemporary w/Mia \n	\n\n\nJune 21\n\n\n	\n	Modern w/Dani\n	\n	\n	Lyrical w/Lacy\n	\n\n\nJune 28 \n\n\n	\n	Jazz/Funk w/Seth\n	\n	\n	Hip-Hop w/B Mounts\n	\n\n \n\nJULY - Cleaning and Performance\n\nJuly 5\n\n\n	\n	Review/Cleaning rehearsal - All dances will rehearse\n	\n\n\nJuly 12\n\n\n	\n	Review/Cleaning rehearsal - All dances will rehearse\n	\n\n\nJuly 19\n\n\n	\n	Cleaning & Tech Rehearsal - All dances present to rehearse - 2:00-4:00pm (Stage time begins at 2:30pm) \n	\n\n\nJuly 26 \n\n\n	\n	Optional 30min warm-up at HIVE 1:30pm\n	\n	\n	Performance at North Center Stage - 2:00pm - 5:00pm - SHOW AT 3:00PM\n\n	 \n	\n\n\nWHAT'S INCLUDED:\n\n\n	\n	Over 15 hours of dancing/rehearsal time\n	\n	\n	All rehearsals will film and distribute the dances so you can practice at home as needed. \n	\n	\n	Placement and performance opportunity in every dance style \n	\n	\n	Custom HIVE T-Shirt to wear on performance day \n	\n	\n	Video and Photo(s) of the performance to keep \n	\n\n \n\nABSENCES/ILLNESS:\n\n\n	\n	We know Summer is a busy time for many folks with travel etc. - we ask that for participation in this showcase you're able to attend both the Tech Rehearsal (7/19) and Performance date (7/26).\n	\n	\n	All other rehearsals please do your best to be available\, but if you need to miss a weekend or two due to weddings/travel/etc we can send video from rehearsals for reference.\n\n	\n\n	As mentioned above\, your purchase allows you to participate in all 8 dances - once you make your deposit\, please fill out the attached Google form in your payment receipt to confirm which dance(s) you'd like to attend rehearsals for. \n\n	\n\n	We are BEYOND excited to offer y'all this performance opportunity\, and show the Ravenswood and North Center communities just how much The HIVE means to each and every one of us.
