DESCRIPTION:RESET: A lunchtime movement break\n\nWhen: 4 Wednesdays starting September 11th\, 12-12:45pm\n\nWhere: Mind Body Connections\, 1802 W. Berteau Suite 205\n\nWho: Anyone* needing a break from their work day!\n\nCost: sliding scale $10-20 class\n\nContact: Kellyn@mbconnections.net\n\n \n\nAll levels are welcome. This class will draw from Kellyn's training as a yoga teacher\, dance/movement therapist\, and improvisational dance artist. Class will involve gentle movements to boost your mood and energy. While class will mostly entail solo movement practices\, it may incorporate some optional partner or group exercises. Self-attunement\, consent\, and individual expression will be encouraged. We hope to build community amongst Ravenswood offices and those working from home in the area. \n\n \n\n*please note\, class takes place on the second floor of a building without an elevator. If attending physically is not possible for you\, please reach out for a virtual option.
