Engage in a mindful meditation\, followed by a watercolor painting exercise designed to open creative energy. We will then create small mala bracelets (used for meditation and/or anxiety relief)\, set intentions\, and cultivate a personal mantra based on the vibration of love. To deepen the experience\, we will chant together\, reinforcing our intentions.
