DESCRIPTION:Dandelion Therapeutic Art Center's Adult Making Matters group provides those 65 and older with a creative community to continue to explore who you are in this phase of your life. Through the artmaking process and guidance of a Dandelion art therapist\, you will nurture a sense of community\, belonging\, and self by thoughtfully engaging in the creative process.\n\n\n\nAfter five weeks\, you will leave this group with a new way of experiencing yourself and a better understanding of how to use artmaking to navigate everyday life.\n\n\n\nArt making is known to foster resilience\, adaptability\, focus\, and joy.\n\n\n\nJoin us!
