DESCRIPTION:This workshop is a fusion of Yoga\, Art Making and a Sound Bath. You can expect to experience a yoga class for all-levels focusing on the Buddhist principle of Lotus\, "we have all risen about the Mud." (please bring your own yoga mat and be sure to dress comfortably.) You will then be brought into an art making experience where you will be gently guided in the artistic process of creating a Lotus (art supplied provided). During both the yoga and art making\, you will be bathed in the soothing sounds of Tibetan and Crystal bowls to clear you mind and emotions.
