This time we will be learning how to make Obstkuchen. What is Obstkuchen? Obst (fruit) + Kuchen (cake) = Obstkuchen. It's exactly what it sounds like! Cake with fruit! This class will have the option of an in-person live event or a live telecasted Zoom event. We will host up to 20 students in our industrial kitchen at the DANK Haus. These twenty students will get hands on training from Chef Reinhard.
