DESCRIPTION:While Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is often the first-line approach for OCD\, dance/movement therapy (DMT) has potential to increase treatment outcomes when integrated alongside ERP treatment\, in particular when addressing somatic manifestations of OCD. Participants will learn practical strategies for incorporating movement-based interventions into OCD treatment through a combination of didactic instruction and experiential practices.
