Expect to hold postures longer (5-10 deep breaths).\n\nhere will be an emphasis on getting into deep stretches and building strength.\n\nDuring class\, we will work towards back-bending\, deep hip opening\, arm balances\, and/or inversions. \n\nAt the end of class\, expect to practice breathing techniques.\n\nBring a towel\, water\, and prepare to sweat. \n\nPistachio Yoga offers this class to all levels. \n\nWelcome beginners\, advanced yogis\, and everyone in between!
