DESCRIPTION:Join us at Joel Hall Dancers & Center for an empowering and interactive workshop created for small business owners and leaders navigating challenge\, uncertainty\, and change. This experience is designed to support those carrying the weight of leadership while striving to remain grounded and effective.\n\nLed by licensed clinical psychologist Dr. Bianka Hardin of Centered Therapy Chicago\, this workshop offers a supportive space to explore how to lead with resilience\, presence\, and intention during demanding times. Through guided discussion\, self-reflective exercises\, and mindfulness-based practices\, participants will build greater self-awareness and clarity around their leadership approach.\n\nTickets include admission\, snacks from La Mexicana Grill and entry into a door prize raffle. Registration closes at noon on Wednesday\, March 11th. A limited number of tickets are available.
