About Us

Michelle started G & G Law after discovering that small business owners were being under-served in the legal market. She experienced this struggle first-hand as one of the founders of Next Step Test Preparation LLC, before graduating from law school.

Now we are passionate about making legal services accessible for small businesses. Since its founding in 2011, G & G Law has provided transactional legal services for small businesses. We are committed to developing effective, practical solutions with our clients to protect their businesses and decrease legal risks, allowing them to focus on growth from formation to exit. Our services include: outside general counsel, formation, drafting and reviewing contracts, intellectual property and trademarks, employment law, master services agreements, and buying and selling businesses.

G & G Law is a 21st century neighborhood law firm. We think outside the box of traditional law firms, incorporating technology and automation to make our services work better and more efficiently for our clients. However, we haven't lost sight of the importance of a personal connection. We love learning about our clients' businesses, watching them grow, and developing lasting professional relationships with them.
