As a small business owner, you have probably heard "you really need a CRM!" - but what is that? A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is your central command center for managing the sales, marketing and service information and related activities about the people who are going to make your business a success: prospects, leads, clients and partners.

No matter the size of the company, a CRM is core to allowing your business to grow and scale. But where do you start?

Cassie Dennis, CRM Practice Leader for Chicago-based digital agency Monday Loves You, will conduct an interactive session to help you begin to answer just that question for your business. Because it is a "hands-on" type of session, access is limited to the first 30 registrants.

Presented through Crain's Small Business Week 2018 in partnership with the Greater Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce, with Begyle Brewery serving their amazing beer for our guests!
